Summer 2026/27 Availability Update

We have enjoyed a good level of bookings for the 2026/27 summer season and would like to provide an update on the remaining availability across our properties.

Cabin by the Beach

The Cabin by the Beach is now largely booked for summer, with limited availability remaining between 1 and 7 November 2026 and 4 and 12 December 2026.

Ruahau

Ruahau combines our Beach House and Cabin by the Beach, offering exclusive use of the entire beachfront property for larger families and groups.

For the summer season, Ruahau is available for bookings during the second half of January and the first week of February.

If you are considering a summer stay in beautiful Pātaua South, we encourage you to check availability and book early while these dates remain open.

This version feels more like a straightforward availability notice rather than a marketing promotion, while still creating a gentle sense of scarcity.

1. Ruahau (Sleeps 8)

Ruahau is a waterfront property with a double beach frontage. The home features three living areas and expansive decking with views of Pātaua South. Guests have direct access to the estuary for kayaking and swimming. Pets a re welcome.

2. Cabin by the Beach (Sleeps 2)

An intimate beachfront cabin featuring direct beach access and a private spa. Please note that the dedicated bathroom facility is located in a separate building approximately 15 meters from the cabin.

3. Beachside Bach and Cabin (Sleeps 6)

Located steps from the sand, this setup includes both a main bach and a self-contained cabin. It offers a flexible layout for groups or families who want a mix of shared space and privacy.

Exploring Pātaua and Beyond. When you aren't relaxing by the water, there is plenty to explore. Take a kayak out to discover the estuary, swim in the estuary or at nearby Frogtown or Pataua North beaches, or take a short drive to the surf at Ocean Beach and Kauri Mountain. For supplies and coffee, the Parua Bay Shopping Centre is just a few minutes down the road.
